Our newly upgraded building features 21 co-living units, each accommodating 4–6 students. Designed to foster community and connection, it includes a central green space that brings the benefits of a courtyard into an urban setting, enhancing natural light, building density, and security for residents. Retail spaces along the street perimeter, along with additional communal areas within the building, contribute to a vibrant, student-focused environment. We're excited to play a role in revitalizing the Melville area, transforming it into a safe and lively community for students.
