How it works
option 1
Concept Design:
We will provide you with PDF and editable electronic DWG plans and 3D renders of your chosen design. You will be able to draw up your own technical documentation for submission and approval by the Local Authority, as well as for construction by a contractor.

option 2
Municipal Documentation:
We will provide you with everything required for submission and approval by the Local Authority, and to have your new home built by a Contractor. We will place your chosen design on the Site Plan that you provide, and orient the building in the best possible way. All the required SACAP and SANS forms will be filled out and signed, and sent to you as soft copies. We will provide you with both DWG and PDF copies of the entire set of drawings of your chosen design.
You will be able to submit the documentation to the Local Authority for approval and follow up approval. We can provide contact details of “runners” that can assist you with this process.

option 3
Alterations and Additional Work:
We will provide you with additional design services to investigate and implement alterations to the standard designs, if required. The cost for this additional service is not included in the standard price, and will be quoted based on the extent of additional work required.

option 4
Turn Key Solution:
We will provide a full “turn-key” solution including the Construction of your new Home.
As in Option 2, we will place your chosen design on the Site Plan that you provide, and orientate the building in the best possible way. All the required SACAP and SANS forms will be filled out and signed, and sent to you as soft copies. In Option 4, we will submit the documentation to the Local Authority for approval and follow up approval.
We will provide you with our Standard Schedule of Finishes ideally suited to your chosen design. We will also provide you with our Costing Schedule based on the Standard Schedule of Finishes. An Agreement will be signed regulating program, cash-flow and quality control during Construction.
On completion of the Project we will provide you with a full set of Handover documents, including “as-built” drawings, approved by the Local Authority, Occupation Certificate, Electrical COC, etc.
